888 Construction and Supplies Corp. ("888 Construction", "we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect through construction888.com, including our free consultation page, why we collect it, and how we protect it, in line with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).

1. Information we collect

Information you give us. When you send an inquiry or book a consultation, we collect the details you enter, such as your full name, phone number, email address, project type, project location, estimated budget, preferred schedule, and your message about the project.

Information collected automatically. When you visit the site, we and our analytics and advertising partners collect basic technical information, such as the pages you view, the time of your visit, your browser and device type, the page that referred you, and your approximate location based on your IP address. We collect this through cookies and similar tools from Google Analytics and Meta Pixel.

2. How we use your information

• To reply to your inquiry and to schedule, confirm, or reschedule your consultation.
• To prepare the proposals, quotations, and project plans you ask for.
• To contact you about your project by phone, SMS, messaging apps, or email.
• To understand how visitors use our website so we can improve it.
• To measure whether our advertising works, for example whether an ad led to a booked consultation.
• To comply with legal, tax, and regulatory requirements.

We do not sell your personal information.

3. Why we are allowed to use it

We process your information because you gave your consent when you sent a form or booked a consultation, because we need it to respond to you and to provide the services you ask about, and when the law requires us to keep or disclose it. You can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us.

4. Who we share it with

• Our team, limited to the people who need your details to handle your inquiry or project.
• Service providers that help us run the website and talk to you, such as website hosting (Vercel), email delivery (Resend), booking and scheduling tools (Google), and analytics and advertising (Google Analytics and Meta). They may use your information only to provide these services to us.
• Government authorities, when the law requires it.

Some of these providers store data on servers outside the Philippines. When that happens, we take reasonable steps to keep your information protected.

5. Cookies and tracking

Cookies are small files that a website stores in your browser. We use them to count visits, see which pages are useful, and measure our ads. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, opt out of Google Analytics with Google's browser add-on, and manage the ads you see on Facebook and Instagram in your Meta ad preferences. Blocking cookies does not stop you from using this website.

We keep your information only for as long as we need it for the purposes above, for example while we discuss your project and for our project records afterward, or for as long as the law requires, such as for tax and accounting records. After that, we delete it or remove the details that identify you.

We use reasonable organizational, physical, and technical safeguards. Our website uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and only authorized people on our team can access your details. No method of storing or sending information online is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and will act promptly if a problem happens.

8. Your rights

Under the Data Privacy Act, you have the right to:

• be informed about how your personal information is used;
• access the personal information we hold about you;
• ask us to correct information that is wrong or incomplete;
• object to processing, or withdraw your consent;
• ask us to delete or block your information;
• get a copy of your information in a commonly used format;
• claim damages if your information is misused; and
• file a complaint with the National Privacy Commission (privacy.gov.ph).

9. Children

Our services are meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has sent us their details, contact us and we will delete them.

10. Other websites

Our website links to other sites, such as our Facebook page. Their own privacy policies apply when you visit them.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
